- Discuss with an Equipping Partner.
- Changes that Heal
- Read Changes That Heal by Henry Cloud, and complete a Book Review.
- Choose one area of needed growth in your life (bonding, boundaries, good and bad, or adulthood), and answer the corresponding questions in the study guide at the end of the book.
- Discuss your answers with an Equipping Partner.
- The Discipline of Grace
- Read The Discipline of Grace by Jerry Bridges, and complete a Book Review.
- Share your Book Review with an Equipping Partner, and discuss what you have learned from the book.
- Prayer and Reflection
- Spend some time in prayer and reflection, asking God to show you an area where you can grow and develop in your character.
- Develop and share three goals with an Equipping Partner who will pray daily for you.
- Choose 3 Bible verses/passages that relate to the area of growth you’ve chosen, and memorize one each week.
- Keep a daily journal about your goals and about what God is teaching you, and meet with your Equipping Partner weekly for 3 weeks to discuss your growth.
